Instructions:
1.
The starting page shows today's registered Calories, click on the camera icon to start the Camera.
2.
Make sure the Calories take up most of the screen and click on the screen, once to see the picture, and once more to determine the Calories in the picture.
3.
Decide whether you want to register these Calories in your daily tally.
4.
The start page returns with an updated daily tally, which will reset at midnight on your system clock.
